Job summary

Pacific Blue Psychological Services in Westminster, CA is seeking licensed therapists LMFT/LPSS/LCSW/PhD/PSYD for a flexible, part-time schedule (2–5 days per week, 6–8 hours per day). Qualifications

• Enrolled in Doctorate program with practicum hours fulfilled.
• Knowledge of counseling and group therapy theories.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience with trauma, substance use, and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and complete intake documentation.
• Provide individual and group therapy using psychotherapy modalities.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and referral sources.
• Provide crisis intervention and phone support when needed.
