As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will deliver individualized psychotherapy via a secure telehealth platform, with professional autonomy as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent practice while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to consistent patient availability and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Identify patient needs and coordinate psychiatric referrals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, psychiatric providers, and administrative teams to support continuity of care.
• Maintain consistent scheduling and professional communication.
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and applicable California licensing requirements.
