Pacific Blue Psychological Services is hiring licensed therapists in Bakersfield, CA to provide in-person clinical and counseling services. You will conduct brief sessions, manage your own schedule, and serve underserved populations in community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) or psychology doctorate.
• Experience with trauma, substance use, and homelessness populations.
• Ability to provide individual and group therapy and document sessions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and intake documentation.
• Utilize counseling modalities to meet client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, community resources and referral sources.
• Provide crisis intervention and phone support when needed.
