Job summary

Thriveworks in Lubbock, TX seeks licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients both remotely and face-to-face. Licensed professionals (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) must be in Texas and maintain a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly availability.

You’ll join a clinician-led team with strong support, including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing assistance. A full caseload is built within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

• Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lubbock, TX. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

Compensation Up to $53,700.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
