Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Austin, TX to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model and includes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and ongoing training.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling seven days a week. Eligible clinicians receive a ramp stipend for 30+ hours per week and a compensation package up to $100,300 based on licensure

Qualifications

• Independently licensed to practice in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to diverse client needs including couples and children.
• Committed to measurable progress for clients.
• Comfortable using modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR).
• Works well in a collaborative clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients (telehealth and in-person).
• Manage a full caseload with support from credentialing, billing and scheduling teams.
• Meet scheduling needs: up to seven days a week, 7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET.
• Contribute to a supportive clinical community and peer supervision when available.

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

About the Role

• Independently licensed and living in Texas - LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly

Compensation

Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
