Thriveworks in Lubbock, Texas is actively seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Candidates must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Texas and reside in the state where they practice.

Compensation is up to $105,400 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on licensure, sessions completed, and performance. We offer guaranteed pay, orientation, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Lubbock, Texas.

Qualifications:

1. Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Texas

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation:

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
