Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Washington, DC.
• Be willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
• Operate as a true partner with Thriveworks and contribute to leadership/supervisory paths.
• Complete notes within 24 hours with self-guided discipline.
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability and quality of care while collaborating with team.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in DC:

• LPC or LMHC or LMFT or LICSW
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation:

Up to $64,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week

• Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
• Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care to name a few
• Individuals who enjoy being a part of team and working together to professionally develop
