Qualifications

• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, residents, visitors, and staff while following site-specific policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and disturbances per established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures, maintaining a professional presence at a government service location.
• Document incidents and policy violations accurately and communicate findings to site leadership and emergency personnel.
