Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking a part-time Licensed School Counselor to work in our K-8 classrooms in New York. You will join an educational team delivering guidance and support to students, with a focus on Title I services and collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators.

The position requires school counseling licensure (or CSW), at least 5 years of experience, and the ability to work on-site in a school building. Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a School Counselor or valid Social Worker license.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Title I students is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Work location in a school building with stairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom guidance and one-on-one counseling to students.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success.
• Support Title I students and promote engagement and performance.
