Job summary

Transitions Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking in-school counselors to deliver individual counseling to students across partnering districts.

You will collaborate with school staff and support students from elementary through high school, including some family sessions outside of school hours. Roles require licensing (LICSW/LMHC preferred) or current master's-level licensure with progress toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure as LICSW or LMHC preferred.
• Provisionally licensed clinicians with a master’s in social work or counseling working toward independent licensure are welcome.
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• Comfort with documentation and electronic health records (SimplePractice).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students during the school day.
• Collaborate with school counselors and staff to support student success.
• Conduct family sessions, parent meetings, intake assessments, and treatment planning updates.
