Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the retail location, including entrances and parking areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to site contacts.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and other security duties as assigned.
