You will use the SERVE sales process, maintain accurate pricing, ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance, and support colleagues and apprentices in delivering high-quality customer care in a busy retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Must have and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Knowledge of optical products, services, and interpretation of prescriptions; fitting and dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.
• Ensure social distancing and hygiene practices.
• Provide product information on frames, lens selections, and third-party insurance benefits.
• Utilize SERVE sales process to identify customer needs and lens recommendations.
• Interpret prescriptions and coordinate with lab and optometrist for accuracy.
• Sell, fit and dispense frames and accessories with precise measurements and pricing.
• Maintain a clean, organized dispensing area.
• Ensure accuracy of customer pricing and maintain HIPAA privacy.
