For Eyes, part of the EssilorLuxottica group, is hiring a Licensed Optician for a part-time role in Carolina. You will ensure precise lens fitting, take measurements, and deliver exceptional customer service while promoting high-quality eyewear.

You will leverage your licensure, optical knowledge, and sales skills to meet brand standards and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure as Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a warm welcome and explains what to expect.
• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Acts as a leader in optical knowledge for associates.
• Takes and records measurements; ensures eyewear meets standards.
• Drives customer attraction and helps identify needs.
• Describes features/benefits of lenses and frames to customers.
