Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to work 24 hours per week (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) with every other weekend. You will assist hospitalized patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and keep lines of communication open with the Charge Nurse and care team to ensure patient needs are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Vermont CNA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist hospitalized patients with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Communicate patient needs with Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and team.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergent situations.
