Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia is hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice. The role focuses on providing compassionate social work services to our residents and families, coordinating care and supporting health outcomes.

Applicants must have a BSW/MSW and be licensed in the state, with at least three years of experience, ideally in healthcare and geriatric settings.

$45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
