Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice. You will provide compassionate social work support to residents and their families, coordinate care, and contribute to a high-quality team.

Requirements include a BSW or MSW, active LCSW in Virginia, and at least three years of health-care social work experience, with geriatric and dementia knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required.
• Clinically Licensed Social Worker – highest licensure in the state - required.
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred).
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred.

Compensation

$45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)
