Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice. You will provide psychosocial assessments, care planning, and support for residents and families within a continuing care retirement community.

Requirements include a BS/MSW and a current state license, with at least three years of healthcare social work experience; geriatric expertise and dementia knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required.
• Licensed clinical social worker (highest state licensure) required.
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (health care setting preferred).
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred.

$45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)
