Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our physician-led geriatrics practice. This role requires an LCSW with at least three years of health care social work experience and a focus on geriatric care, dementia, and case management.

We are hiring a part-time licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead geriatricspractice.

Compensation

$45,000 - $51,000 per year commensurate with experience (includes base + bonus + incentive)

What you will need

• Social Work degree (BSW or MSW) required
• Clinically Licensed Social Work – highest licensure in the state - required
• Minimum of three years of social work experience is required (In a health care setting preferred)
• Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and dementia preferred
