Job summary

Qualifications

• Student in good standing in high school or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum hiring age is 14; preferred age 16.
• Ability to use computers.
• Ability to stand and walk around the library for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shelve and retrieve materials.
• Simple filing and photocopying.
• Shelf checking from printed lists.
• Check bibliographic holdings in OPAC.
• Assemble new borrower welcome packets.
