Responsibilities

• Sort and shelve library materials in alphabetic and numerical order.
• Keep shelves in an orderly and accurate condition and shift the collection as needed.
• Retrieve materials from book returns.
• Check in library materials using the library’s automated computer system.
• Maintain the appearance of public areas by reshelving library materials.
• Box and unbox library materials and assist library members with book donations.
