• Collaborate with team to create engaging content for digital and print marketing channels
• Assist with development and implementation of email marketing strategy
• Create and post social media content on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Conduct market research to understand library/community needs
• Collaborate to produce collateral (brochures, annual reports, signage)
• Maintain and improve processes to ensure communications are consistent with brand guidelines
