Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED and 4–6 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in library public services or customer service with clerical experience.
• Must pass criminal background check.

• Answer basic reference questions and provide general library services information.
• Work at the Help Desk and perform clerical and customer service duties.
