Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to internal and external customers.
• Enforce library policies while safeguarding privacy.
• Shelve, shift, straighten materials and restock displays as needed.
• Process daily requests, route materials to patrons and other libraries.
• Prepare holds for pickup and assist at the DriveUp window.
• Assist with basic AMH system functions and statistics reporting.
• Participate in library committees and special events.
