Sight-Hearing Encouragement Program, Inc. (SHEP) is seeking a part-time Level 3 Personal Assistant to support the Oklahoma SSP program.

The role involves assisting with planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations, plus administrative tasks in collaboration with the President and program leaders. Ideal candidates will have ASL/tactile sign language Level 3 certification or higher, strong social media skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license with current car

Qualifications

• ASL Level 3 certification preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Non-smoking due to heightened sensitivity to smell.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations for the Oklahoma SSP program.
• Provide administrative and program support to leadership and stakeholders.
• Help manage schedules, organize resources, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for leadership.
• Identify and address potential program challenges to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
