Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies in Ventura, CA is seeking a part-time LEGO instructor to lead classes and camps, guiding students through hands-on STEM activities and creative problem solving.

You will work afternoons on school days and full/half-day camps in summer; must pass background checks, lift up to 40 lbs, have reliable transportation, and communicate clearly with parents and Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation a must; secure location to store teaching materials.
• Lift up to 40 lbs to store and transport materials; bending, stooping and crawling with children during class instruction.
• Must pass all background checks as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach LEGO classes and camps introducing STEM concepts and encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
• Ensure the children are safe, engaged, and having fun during every session.
• Communicate with parents and management to address questions or concerns and provide updates.
