Job summary

Elanco seeks a Special Projects Associate to lead Legal & Compliance digitization and AI strategy. This part-time, temporary role will drive digital transformation across the Legal team with an Elanco-issued device and tools to implement AI personas and automated workflows.

You will build executive dashboards, train stakeholders, and report ROI to leadership, supporting global workflows from Indianapolis with hybrid or remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Law, Legal Studies, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field with interest in Legal Operations/Legal Tech.
• Familiarity with AI usage (LLMs) and data-driven operations; experience with digital workflow automation tools.
• Ability to create executive-level insights and data visualizations from complex activities.

Responsibilities

• Support digitization and automation of Legal & Compliance workflows across the global team.
• Develop and deploy Elanco AI Contract Personas for each contract type.
• Train stakeholders on best practices for using AI Personas.
• Design metrics reporting to measure productivity gains from AI and digitization.
• Create executive dashboards showing ROI and strategic impact of digital initiatives.
• Pioneer AI and legal tech to automate routine workflows.
