Job summary

North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management ITAO invites applications for a part‑time Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management. The position involves teaching 1–3 courses in the BSBA Operations & Supply Chain Management concentration and/or the MBA Supply Chain Management concentration, for the current academic year.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging instruction, contributing to the department and university, and adapting to diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Operations Management, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering (or related concentration).
• Doctoral degree or equivalent if teaching at the graduate level (preferred).
• Excellent teaching ability and commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Teach 1–3 courses for Operations & Supply Chain Management concentration in BSBA and/or MBA level.
• Address specific hiring needs for the academic year in areas like operations modeling, logistics, analytics, decision analytics, or operations strategy.
• Be a contributing member of the department, College, and University.

Skills
