Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent for Brandon Walk Apartments in Garland, TX. You will greet prospects, qualify tenants, and close leasings to maintain high occupancy while handling applications and paperwork with precision.

The role requires a minimum of 1+ year leasing experience, excellent customer service, and a polished, professional appearance. Weekend availability and Spanish bilinguals are a plus, with a valid driver’s license essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
