Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC’s Arlow on Kellogg in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant. The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$22 with a potential bonus and requires flexible weekday availability, including evenings and Saturdays.

You will greet prospects, present features of the community, tour apartment homes, and secure leases while maintaining high customer service and accurate records. Training and internal growth opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong sales and/or leasing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills without additional personnel assistance.
• NALP certification or training is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience a plus.
• Fair Housing certification required before interaction.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Complies with Fair Housing, ADA, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Personally, manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective tenants.
• Always demonstrate the highest customer service to future tenants and current residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales.
• Close sales on units to maximize occupancy and revenue flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and current client history.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person communication promptly and professionally.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction with management.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and teams for ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain community appearance and coordinate inspections and tours.
• Assist Property Manager with training on-site staff.
