You will regularly show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease, while handling paperwork and follow-up to close each sale. Strong customer service and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale; make appointments and follow up on leads.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and special promotions.
• Contribute to general upkeep of office and model communities.
