SYNCO Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents and prospects, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

You will handle calls, secure leases, and coordinate marketing efforts. Responsibilities include preparing leases, collecting fees, coordinating service requests, and keeping units market-ready.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Leasing/Marketing experience preferred but will train.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective and current residents; provide exceptional customer service.
• Close leases using effective sales and marketing techniques.
• Develop competitive marketing strategies and maintain knowledge of the community and competitors.
• Prepare lease documents and collect fees.
