Job summary

The Towbes Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for its Central Coast properties in Ventura. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and ensure current residents feel cared for, delivering a high level of service.

You’ll lead tours, hit occupancy goals, and manage renewals while staying compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations. Evening/weekend availability is expected for community needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• Sales ability that feels natural, not pushy.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Eye for detail in contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads tours and turn interest into signed leases.
• Be the face of the community for prospective residents and guide through the leasing process.
• Manage renewals and track leasing performance.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure compliance with housing laws.
