The Towbes Group in Goleta, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Willow Springs Apartments. You will be the face of the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and delivering exceptional service.

You will lead property tours, process leases, manage renewals, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA standards while using Yardi and CRM IQ.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in people and the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Proven sales ability with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi a plus).
• Eye for detail in contracts, compliance, and documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Team-first attitude and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and current residents.
• Lead property tours and convert interest into signed leases; support occupancy goals.
• Prepare accurate, compliant lease agreements and maintain resident files.
• Follow up with prospects to keep leads moving through the pipeline.
• Support operations: renewals, payments, and compliance with housing laws.
• Contribute to marketing and community presence and events.
