Qualifications

• 1+ years in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; real estate coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Post ads, respond to leads, schedule showings, ensure units are rent ready.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service: Build positive relationships, address concerns, enforce policies.
• Property Management Support: Assist rent collection, invoice entry, vendor scheduling, and site walk-through.
