Job summary

Targa Real Estate Services in Marysville, WA is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role focuses on leasing activities, resident relations, and supportive operations for our properties.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the property management industry. Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM-5 PM, coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate or property management coursework is a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post ads and manage property listings; respond to leads and schedule showings; coordinate with onsite team to ensure units are rent-ready.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships; address tenant concerns, requests and inquiries promptly; enforce lease policies and community rules.
• Assist in rent collection, posting payments, following up on delinquencies; help manage maintenance requests; coordinate repairs and vendor scheduling with the Property Manager.
