Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Post ads, respond to leads, schedule showings, ensure units are rent-ready to meet Targa standards.
• Resident Relations & Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships, address tenant concerns, enforce lease policies and community rules.
• Property Management Support: Assist in rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, and site walks to maintain property appearance.
