Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Post ads, respond to leads, schedule showings, ensure units are rent ready.
• Build relationships with residents and address tenant concerns promptly.
• Assist in rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor scheduling.
