Qualifications

• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease with applicants.
• Close sales by coordinating appointments, leads, tours and follow-ups.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and maintain accurate records.
