You will greet prospects, present floorplans and amenities, and guide applicants through the leasing process while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. The role includes supporting online promotion, coordinating events, and assisting with move-ins and service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Able to travel between buildings in varying outdoor weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide information on floorplans, availability, amenities.
• Generate leads and follow up according to company standards.
• Guide applicants from application to lease signing and collect forms as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company rules.
• Support promotions and online marketing efforts (blogs, social networks).
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs, service requests, and rent collection.
