Omega Management Group in Liberal, KS is seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartments while delivering strong customer service and resident satisfaction. You will work with the Residential Manager on leasing, administration, operations and bookkeeping tasks, and handle referrals, showings, and paperwork with accuracy.

The role requires high school diploma (GED preferred), valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.

To lease apartments while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy. To work with and assist the Residential Manager in the general administration of the property and perform related leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping functions. Courteous and helpful behavior to residents and potential residents is essential.
