Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with potential residents regarding building availability and tours.
• Orchestrate new leases and lease renewals.
• Follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist in off-site and on-site marketing.
• Respond to resident concerns.
• Meet with Property Manager daily to submit reports and discuss leasing strategies.
• Provide support to other leasing consultants.
