You will handle lease renewals, assist in marketing efforts, and collaborate with the Property Manager to review leasing results. Compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour plus commission, with full-time benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of sales or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong customer service.
• Committed to continuous learning and knowledge of rules and regulations.
• Ability to operate Property Management Software systems.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with potential residents about availability and tours.
• Coordinate new leases and lease renewals.
• Follow up with prospective residents.
• Assist in off-site and on-site marketing.
• Respond to resident concerns and submit reports daily with the Property Manager.
• Provide support to other leasing consultants.
