Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering excellent customer service while driving leasing goals. You will handle showroom visits, applications, move-ins, and ongoing resident support to ensure a thriving community.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate documentation, and teamwork, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays. Prior leasing or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/Entrata/EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist with market surveys and marketing strategies to keep occupancy high.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.

The Opportunity

As a LeasingConsultant, you will be the face of the property, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.You’llhave the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community.

Compensation: $17 to $18 per hour, based on your experience, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have previous leasing or customer service experience and is looking for the next great step in their career.

WhatYou’llOwn

Leasing & Sales

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & AdministrativePerformance

• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity's move-in ready standards.
• Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.

Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
