OPPORTUNITY: PART-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT - DALLAS, TX

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional for our 309-unit community, Trend Design District. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.

Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into computer.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss size, layout, facilities, location, services, and lease terms.
• Qualify prospective residents, verify applications and lease documents, and update records.
• Complete lease forms, collect rental deposits, and application fees.
• Introduce residents to apartment and property procedures.
• Promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well on a team and listen effectively.
• Availability to work weekends is required.

Salary range is TBD. We offer a competitive package including 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts based on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and vacation. Sick time is provided as per law.
