Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a 294-unit luxury community on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park. Starting at $20.00 per hour, this hourly non-exempt role involves greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing leases, and processing applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

Work days: Monday–Saturday; hours: M–F 8:30–5:30, Sat 10:00–5:00. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, credit union, service awards, EAP, and apartment

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

As Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 6 months of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.

• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
