Andover Management Group in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Part Time Leasing and Sales Agent to join its Citadel Self Storage team. You will engage with prospective tenants by phone, in person or online to maximize leasing opportunities while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, recommending storage solutions, handling day-to-day operations, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Responsibilities

• As an Part Time Leasing and Sales Agent you will work along side your team to maximize leasing objectives via phone, in person or on the web
• Our employees practice exceptional customer service by welcoming new prospective tenets as well as current tenets
• Help customers identify their needs and and provide storage solutions that will enhance their experience with Citadel
• Take ownership of day to day operations including account management, sales, problem solving and property maintenance
• Perform daily basic maintenance tasks such as mopping, sweeping, picking up grounds and put general maintenance duties in order to make the facility the cleanest and safest in the area
• Must be able to perform at high level in a team environment but also without supervision.
