Point Real Estate Management LLC | PRM is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join our Waunakee community. You will greet prospects, show units, process applications and close leases, while ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth leasing operations.

The role offers friendly, customer-service focused work with sales opportunities and standard hours. Evening showings are occasionally required to meet occupancy needs.

Job Overview

Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a part-time Leasing Agent to our growing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Primary office location will be based out our property in Waunakee, 3 days per week. General office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-4:30pm. Evening showings occasionally required based on occupancy needs, no later than 6:30pm.

General Description

Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. Create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prospects

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial.

Lease

• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
• Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.li>
• Promote other income items.
• Resident Retention
• Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties.

Requirements

Work Experience Requirements

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales
• Knowledge of professional business discipline

Educational Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
