La Cordoba community is seeking a Bilingual Part-Time Leasing Agent. You'll work closely with our growth team, assisting with administrative and marketing duties to deliver excellent customer service to prospective, current, and future residents.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lease apartments by highlighting the benefits of living at our community.
2. Engage in continuous selling over the phone, email, and in person. Become an expert on our product, property, and local neighborhood.
3. Generate leads through effective follow-up via phone and email.
4. Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.

Requirements

• Experience with Onesite Software.
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Social media savvy marketing experience is a plus.
