Dollar General Corporation in Uniontown, PA is seeking a motivated Cashier/Stocker to lead operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will assist in plan-o-grams, manage merchandise, and provide exemplary customer service while protecting company assets.

The role involves stocking, unloading trucks, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, safe store. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred, and Dollar General emphasizes teamwork and loss prevention.

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store.
• Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store and facilitate a safe and secure environment.
• Open and/or close the store under direction of the Area Manager; authorize refunds and overrides in absence of management.
