Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Understanding of safety and cash control practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks per store procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Restock returned merchandise and keep the store clean.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Help customers locate merchandise and operate the register.
• Provide excellent customer service leadership and protect assets.
• Adhere to company SOPs and open/close procedures under Area Manager direction.
